Customer Service Scheduling Our client needed a way for multiple dispatchers to coordinate schedules among multiple service technicians. We created a web application to search, create, and view schedules for multiple individuals at the same time. Each appointment is linked to a work order with detailed information. Work orders and dispatch lists can be printed on demand. Managers and workers can see schedules over the Web from anywhere.

Call Reporting Our client needed an easy way for field sales reps to enter call report information so managers could review on a timely basis. We created a web application that eliminates paper forms and mail delays. Managers can easily analyze information, which is stored in a secure, web-accessible database.
